This is a service provided by me to you, as my client, at no cost. With it you will be able to see all showings on your home as well as the feedback at any time. You will receive your own personalized, secure feedback page that will allow you to:

• Participate in an agent rating system that gives agents an incentive to get back to you with feedback.
• View statistics summarizing the most common feedback responses for your property. At a glance, you can see why your home has not sold and make adjustments accordingly.
• View a summary of all feedback on your property.
• See the status of feedback requested from each agent. See which agents to follow up with before accepting an offer and generate a higher price for you property.

I also will have a personalized, secure control page that will allow me to:

How HomeFeedback.com Works for Sellers

1.  I will enter your listing information into the HomeFeedback.com web site.

2.  A real estate agent shows your property to a prospective buyer.

3.  If the showing agent leaves his/her business card at the property to let you know your home was shown, I will log into HomeFeedback.com and enter the information from the business card (agent name, company, phone number, e-mail address).

4.   If there is no response from the showing agent after feedback has been requested, the showing agent automatically will receive an e-mail reminder 3 days later. Another reminder automatically will be sent in another 3 days. The showing agent will be requested for feedback up to 3 times.

5.  When a Showing Agent responds:

·       You will receive an e-mail indicating that new feedback has been submitted for your review.

·       I will receive an e-mail indicating that new feedback has been submitted for your review

6.  After entering your user name and password, you will be on your personal feedback page.

7.  Via your personal feedback page you can:

·       View all feedback responses to-date

·       View statistics summarizing all feedback to-date

·       View the status of pending feedback

·       Directly e-mail me
